Wendy Davis is an American actress. She portrays Joan on Peacock's modern-day reinterpretation, Bel-Air.

Biography

Davis made her acting debut in 1980, but she didn't land her first serious role until 1991, where she starred as Ronnie Lee in The New WKRP in Cincinnati. She was also a series regular in ABC's High Incident. However, Davis is best known for her seven season portrayal of Colonel Joan Burton in the Lifetime television series Army Wives, for which she received three NAACP Image Awards for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series. Other notable credits include her appearances in ABC's Scandal and OWN's Love Is_.
