Julius Banks is a guest starring character on Peacock's modern-day reinterpretation, Bel-Air. He is portrayed by Bill Bellamy.
Julius is Phil's competitive younger brother.

Family reunion[]
Julius arrives at Phil's Bel Air mansion for the Banks family reunion. He has brought with him some custom Banks family reunion T-shirts, which also so happens to promote Julius' car dealerships, which he began working at when he was in high school and built up from there, creating the largest network of black owned dealership. He didn't go to college and explains that there's more than one path to success, pointing to himself as living proof. Julius intends to put Kyle into the family business as well when he's ready.
Throughout the evening, he and Phil compete in various games, including spades, Dominos, pie making, and flag football, with Julius and Kyle winning the latter two and most important contests. Afterward, he and Phil sit down and discuss their upbringing and how they can share the load so that neither of them is overwhelmed, especially Julius, who confesses that losing Denise and being a single father has been tough.[1]
