Joe Holt is an American actor. He portrays Fred Wilkes on Peacock's modern-day reinterpretation, Bel-Air.

Holt is an American actor who was born in Tokyo, Japan. He made his on-screen debut in the 1999 film titled The Curse. He's also made several appearances in various Law & Order series, including Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Law & Order: Trial by Jury, and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. His credits include Vicariously, Three Rivers, Franklin & Bash, but he is better known for his roles in The Walking Dead: World Beyond and Scandal.
