Biography[]
Meeting his father[]
Frederick is reached out to by the Banks, who inform him that his biological father, would like to meet him. Frederick s agreeable and is flown out to Bel Air, where he meets Geoffrey for the first time. Frederick got adopted when he was five years old, though when he was a kid, Frederick thought that he made Geoffrey up as a story he told himself to get to sleep, as it was easier to pretend he never existed. He's heard stories about Geoffrey over the years, which is why he came, because he wanted to learn the truth.
Geoffrey brings Frederick back to the mansion, where he looks around the house and sees a photo of Geoffrey with Will and Carlton, at which point, Frederick says that he wants to head back home to London. Geoffrey is important to the Banks, who can't seem to get on without him, whereas Frederick did just that for years. Despite knowing Geoffrey's reasons for leaving, it doesn't hurt any less. While Frederick doesn't hate Geoffrey, he doesn't know him either, and proposes that they leave it that way. However, after learning from Phil that Geoffrey has in fact been looking after Frederick for his entire life, he decides to stay.[1]
